Sadeem Safar Alsofyani

Sadeem Safar Alsofyani is a Strategy Management Associate within Corporate Strategy at stc Group. As an associate, she supports on different strategic topics by leveraging her consulting experience to support stc’s transition from TelCo to TechCo. Her responsibilities focus on strategy development and strategy reviews for the Group, which enables her to build knowledge across various industries. Prior to joining stc, Sadeem was a Senior Business Development Manager at Mukatafa. She was responsible for building the business development department while overseeing 3 main functions: sales, marketing, and project management. Additionally, she established strategic partnerships and acquired new clients while managing projects and stakeholders. Before that, Sadeem was a Business Analyst at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was exposed to various sectors and industries across multiple projects. This experience allowed her to accumulate knowledge regarding healthcare, government, etc. across the Middle East. Moreover, her responsibilities focused on analyzing problems, unearthing insights, delivering recommendations, and implementing solutions for clients. Sadeem earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Alfaisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her time throughout university was spent mastering topics across the business world, widening her horizons, and developing herself into a strategic business thinker and leader.
