Exhibitors' shuttle buses will operate during show days from February 9 to 12, 2025, with entry and exit restricted to Thumama Road between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
To access the venue with exhibitors' shuttle buses during show days, a Vehicle Access & Parking Permit (VAPP) is required. This permit must be obtained during the buildup period from February 1 to 7, 2025, at the VAPP office located in CP1 parking (Al-Qassim Road, Falcon Entrance).
CP1 parking will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the buildup period, and exhibitors' shuttle buses must have a valid VAPP for access.
The bus station will serve as a designated drop-off and pick-up point only, with no staging or parking available for exhibitors' shuttle services at the venue. Additionally, private cars will not be allowed to enter from Thumama Road.
You can’t have a successful show if you haven’t got anything to scan your new leads with, somewhere to store and access them during/post-event.

Once your contract is signed, an automated email will be sent to you with login details to access the Customer Center.
The Customer Center has all the information and tools you need for a successful show. Through the Customer Center you will be able to order services & utilities from all vendors, add badges, register for staff badges, find a checklist, and other helpful information and hints.

During show days from February 9 to 12, 2025, all exhibitors will enter the venue through Al-Qassim Road without requiring an access permit. Parking will be available at CP1 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, accessible only to exhibitors with badges. Personal cars are allowed, but shuttling is not permitted.
For transportation within the parking area, 70 golf carts will operate from the parking stations to the venue gates, running daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
