Noorin Virani is the Group Director of Data & Insights for LVMH – the world’s leading luxury group and until recently the most valuable company in Europe. It is her role to drive the Group’s 75 Maisons on the delivery of relevant, elevated experiences where data is the accelerator. Previously voted one of the top 20 women in data in the UK, her 20 year career has included overseeing consumer data globally at L'Oréal – the world’s largest Cosmetics company - tripling customer acquisition and Lifetime Value during her time there. Noorin admits that a key strength is her ability to ‘storytell’ and 'make data look good' and carries out charitable work in her spare time.
