Modwenna Rees-Mogg

Modwenna Rees-Mogg started her career in the City of London working in corporate finance on corporate advisory, fundraising and M&A projects for listed companies. She has been a non-executive director of both a VC fund and also a profitable secondary market for private investments. She has also authored three books as well as written many expert articles on angel investment. She has also advised HM Government on policies around state support for angel investment. She has founded and sold businesses and has an excellent understanding of entrepreneurial, investor and other stakeholder interests and mindsets.
