James Rhee

"James Rhee is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of SparkLabs Acquisition Corporation, a venture focused on helping companies with late stage funding and going public via a SPAC. Prior to SparkLabs, James was the Founder and President of Aero K Airlines, a technology focused aviation industry startup that had the largest initial capital raise of any independent startup in Korean history (54B KRW). Prior to Aero K, he served as CEO of Air Asia, North Asia, Senior Advisor of Octave Private Equity, Vice President and General Manager of Tyco Electronics global PC business, an Executive Director at Dell APJ, and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. James started his career as a Research Officer at the International Monetary Fund. He received an M.B.A. (Gamma Beta Sigma) from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and attended Vanderbilt University and the University of Minnesota where he received a B.S. in Economics."
