In his current role, Rabah heads the Saudi operations of Nabd (one of the leading Arabic apps in the region and the world's only personalized Arabic newsreader) as the Business Development Director, coming from TikTok, where he led the consumer vertical in Saudi Arabia as the Partnerships Manager. Before that, Rabah spent 14 years on the agency side, mostly at Dentsu International, where he launched Merkle operation in KSA and led the digital department along with client servicing and business development at Carat.
