Felix Staeritz

My professional journey has been centered around collaborating with remarkable teams to drive the growth and expansion of (digital) organizations, while also embracing new technologies. At present, I lead a dedicated team at my business building entity known as Staeritz & Company. Here, we work tirelessly to create value and forge strong partnerships, engaging closely with esteemed private equity firms, visionary founders, investors, and corporations boasting substantial revenues. Our efforts are primarily focused on orchestrating technology acquisitions, crafting growth strategies, and rejuvenating conventional businesses. Among other achievements stemming from these efforts, Allocator One has been established as a fund-of-funds vehicle, providing direct access to up-and-coming fund managers. Furthermore, we've introduced Staeritz & Company Advisory, which aims to offer support to fellow entrepreneurs. In parallel, I have also established Staeritz Holding, where we strategically invest in businesses across various asset classes, encompassing both venture capital and private equity. My journey into the domain of investments gained momentum following the successful IPO of KochAbo/Marleyspoon, a company I co-founded back in 2012. The ventures I've been part of as a co-founder or investor have collectively achieved a market value surpassing €1 billion.
