Khalid Al Othman

Eng. Khalid Al-Othman is the Owner and Chairman of Imar Engineering Consultants, established in 1993. He currently serves as Chairman of the Sustainability and Green Economy Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Mubadara for Saudi Development, and Chairman of Global Climate Solutions Company. With extensive experience in real estate, sustainability, consulting, and professional services, Eng. Khalid has contributed to the development of various projects and organizations across multiple sectors. He has played a significant role in supporting sustainable development initiatives and advancing professional consulting practices in Saudi Arabia. He has held several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Saudi-Bosnian Business Council, Chairman of the Consulting Offices Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Consulting Bureaus at the Federation of Saudi Chambers. He has also served as a member of several advisory committees related to urban development, sustainability, and professional associations. Eng. Khalid previously worked as a Program Manager at the Riyadh Development Authority and as Director General of the Saudi Urban Society. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning from King Saud University and is an active speaker and contributor in the business and media community.
