Is there an age limit to attend LEAP?
LEAP is a business and professional event and is intended for attendees aged 18 and over.
Children are not permitted to attend and no child passes are available.
Can my ticket be cancelled, transferred, or refunded?
Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the T&Cs for full details.
Transfers to a colleague may be possible before the event, subject to approval.
Is onsite registration available or do I need to buy tickets online?
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance. Limited on-site registration may be available, subject to capacity.

LEAP offers a range of ticket options including General and VIP passes, each providing different levels of access to the conference programme, exhibition and co-located experiences such as DeepFest.

How can I apply for a media or press pass?
Media and press professionals can apply for a press pass via the LEAP ticketing page.
Press passes are free of charge and available to verified media only.
Applications must be submitted using an official company email address and are subject to approval and availability.
TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & VISA
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. On-site parking will be available for Priority Pass, VIP Pass, Founder Pass and Investor Pass holders.
A shuttle bus service will also operate to and from the venue, with full details shared closer to the event.
Are there recommended hotels or accommodation discounts for attendees?
Do I need a visa to attend?
Most international attendees will require a visa to enter Saudi Arabia. Citizens of more than 60 countries may be eligible for an e-visa or visa on arrival. Travelers who hold a valid and previously used US, UK or Schengen visa, or permanent residency, may also be eligible.
The Saudi tourist e-visa is typically valid for one year, allows multiple entries and permits stays of up to 90 days per visit. Passports should be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival.
Eligibility and applications should be checked directly via the official Visit Saudi portal.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. The venue is accessible for people with disabilities with step-free access and facilities designed to support visitors with accessibility requirements.

ON-SITE EXPERIENCE
Are food and beverage options available on site?
Yes. A variety of food and beverage options will be available on site throughout the event including cafés, stands and dining areas.
These options cater to different tastes and schedules so attendees can eat and drink without leaving the venue.
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for LEAP. National dress is also welcome and commonly worn in Saudi Arabia. We suggest comfortable footwear as the event involves a lot of walking, and a light layer for cooler indoor spaces.
For networking events or evening receptions, smart casual attire is suitable unless stated otherwise.
