Transportation & Entry
- Visitors can reach the venue via the Al Qasim Highway, entering through the Falcon Gate, which leads directly to Visitor Parking. If you hold a Visitor Pass, you can enter the venue at 1 PM, if you a hold a Delegate, Leader, Investor, Speaker, Bronze, or Premium pass, you can enter the venue from 12 PM.
- Golf carts will be available at parking entrances to assist with transportation.
- Registration desks for badge printing are conveniently located near Hall 4 and at the main entrance of Hall 2. For those with digital badges, access is seamless from any gate at Halls 1 and 2.
- Shuttle buses are available on all four days, the schedule is as follows:
SAB Metro
From Metro to LEAP Starts at 11:45 AM (every 15 minutes till 5:30 PM)
From LEAP to Metro Starts at 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Hilton Garden Inn Shuttle

Leaders, Bronze, Premium pass holders
Reserved parking badge holders will enter the venue through Al-Qassim Road from February 9 to 12, 2025, between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Leader, Bronze, and Premium pass holders are welcome to the venue from 12 PM on all four days.
The golf cart station will provide transportation from CP3 parking stations to the venue gates, operating from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
