Khaled Aljuraywi
Khaled Aljuraywi is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sawt, a Riyadh-based enterprise voice AI company building Arabic-native AI agents that automate customer service, bookings and sales calls for businesses across the Gulf. Sawt's models handle Gulf and wider MENA Arabic dialects with tone and emotion detection, and the company positions itself as a replacement for legacy IVR call-centre infrastructure, with all technology developed inside Saudi Arabia for data residency and privacy reasons. Before co-founding Sawt he worked at STV, the region's largest technology venture capital firm, which later co-led his own company's first round. He co-founded Sawt in 2024 with CEO Abdulmalik Alsaeed, formerly Editor-in-Chief of the Saudi podcasting platform Thmanyah, and Basim AlHarbi. Investors include STV's Google-backed AI Fund and T2 Communications, which brings a base of over 12,000 enterprise and government clients in the Kingdom.
