Laetitia Grevers has over ten years of experience in private markets, with a background spanning venture capital, strategic consulting, and LP-side allocation across Europe and the United States.She was a Principal at Brighteye Ventures for three years, where she worked on direct venture and growth investments in Europe and the U.S., with strong exposure to early- and growth-stage ecosystems.Previously, Laetitia spent five years in investment and strategy consulting at BCG and Altman Solon, working on mandates for international late-stage and private equity funds such as EQT, KKR, and OMERS, primarily in the technology, media, and digital sectors.Over the past two years, she has worked with several German and Italian family offices (including the Ferragamo and Schwarz families among others) on venture capital and growth fund selection across Europe and the United States, with a strong focus on LP portfolio construction. She has her own advisory firm called Grevers Consult UG.Based in Paris and a dual U.S. and German citizen, Laetitia is fluent in French, English, German, and Italian.
