Dave McQuarrie

Dave McQuarrie serves as Chief Commercial Officer at HP and is a core member of the company’s executive leadership team, shaping enterprise strategy, growth, and global market engagement. In this role, Dave is accountable for HP’s worldwide commercial performance, including sales, go-to-market execution, and revenue and margin generation across all regions and product categories. As a close partner and advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, Dave helps steward HP’s global reputation, customer relationships, and long-term growth agenda. He leads a global Commercial Organization spanning seven geographic markets and six global teams, including Global Revenue Operations, Digital Go-to-Market, Global Services & Solutions, Global Accounts, and integrated go-to-market execution across HP’s portfolio.Across regions, Dave operates at the intersection of national ambition and commercial execution. In the Middle East –particularly Saudi Arabia – where economic diversification, digital acceleration, and global competitiveness are rapidly moving from vision to implementation, Dave’s leadership is focused on translating innovation into measurable economic value. Operating at global scale, he develops commercialization models, builds digital ecosystems, and partners across sectors to help align HP’s capabilities with forward looking national and regional priorities. Dave brings deep enterprise leadership experience from across the global IT industry. Since joining HP in 2017, he has built a strong track record of driving sustained growth, operational rigor, and customer-centric transformation at scale. A native of Australia, Dave has lived and worked in six countries and brings a global perspective shaped by decades of leadership across regions and countries.
