Blanca Fernández Cavalheiro is a Partner in PwC Middle East’s TMT practice, based in Riyadh, with over 17 years of experience in telecom, digital infrastructure, and media. She advises operators, infrastructure players, and investors across EMEA and Latin America on strategy, growth, transformation, and M&A. Her work spans operating model design, go-to-market strategy, pricing, business planning, analytics, and operational excellence across a range of topics, including digital, fiber, wholesale, and post-merger integration. Before joining PwC, she built her consulting career at top-tier strategy firms. Blanca is a frequent speaker at international forums such as MWC Doha and MWC Barcelona, among others.
