Charles Beyrouthy

Charles Beyrouthy is the Managing Partner at Forma Prime, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in the next generation of quantum, semiconductors, and sensors. A venture capital expert and innovation specialist, he has led startup initiatives, built strategic partnerships, and conducted deep-tech due diligence across AI, life sciences, advanced materials, and semiconductors.Before launching Forma Prime, Charles co-founded LabCloud, a platform streamlining lab operations and procurement. LabCloud secured partnerships with industry giants like ThermoFisher Scientific, Amazon, and MilliporeSigma, optimizing research workflows for top institutions. His R&D background spans Citizens Financial Group, Brown University, Abbott Laboratories, Dartmouth Medical School, and the Silvio O. Conte National Center for Polymer Research. Charles holds an honors double degree in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from theUniversity of Massachusetts Amherst, where his thesis on microprinting lithography advanced biology-silicon interface research.
