Basmah Alsinaidi

Basmah Alsinaidi is Managing Partner and Vice Chair at IMPACT46, a CMA-licensed multi-asset VC firm in Riyadh, where she leads investment strategy, fund operations, and portfolio governance across a US$1.2B AUM portfolio in MENA. With over 10 years in investments, private equity, venture capital, and financial advisory, she joined IMPACT46 in 2019 as Principal before advancing to her current role in 2021. She serves on the boards of Lucidya, Rasan (NRC), Syarah, and Floward, is Vice Chair of Raqamyah, and sits on Merit Incentives' investment committee. Earlier roles include Investments Manager at BIAC and Growth Lead/Financial Advisor at the Badir Program, where she supported 100+ startups. She holds a Finance & Investment degree (First Honors) from King Saud University, executive education from INSEAD and UC Berkeley, and CME1, CPES, and CISI certifications.
