Alexander Pröll is an accomplished Austrian political strategist and legal expert currently serving as State Secretary at the Federal Chancellery since March 2025. Born on May 24, 1990, in Vienna, Alexander has built a distinguished career at the intersection of law, politics, and organizational leadership within Austria's political landscape.His professional journey reflects a steady progression through key leadership roles within the Austrian People's Party and the Federal Chancellery. Before his current appointment, he served as Secretary General of the Austrian People's Party from January to March 2025, and prior to that, held the position of Managing Director from 2021 to 2025, where he played a pivotal role in shaping party strategy and operations. His experience also includes serving as an Advisor in the Cabinet of the Federal Chancellor (2020-2021) and as Head of Office of the Secretary General & Managing Director of the Austrian People's Party (2017-2019).Alexander holds a strong academic foundation in business law, having earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2017, following his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in the same field in 2015. His educational background also includes studies in Information and Communication Technology from Schopenhauerstraße Secondary School (2008), providing him with a unique blend of legal expertise and technological understanding.
