Yousuf is an investor, entrepreneur, and strategic adviser specialising in regeneration, real estate, international development, and AI-driven investment. A First-Class Honours graduate in International Development and Political Science from the University of Bristol, he began his career as the South West’s first Black and Minority Ethnic Senior Executive under the UK Home Office Regeneration Scholarship.He led the delivery of major regeneration programmes across some of England’s most disadvantaged communities, managing projects valued between £15 million and £1.5 billion within a regional investment portfolio exceeding £250 million annually. His work pioneered property-led regeneration strategies that combined affordable housing, economic growth, and crime reduction.Recognising the opportunities created by the UK’s property market, Yousuf transitioned into private investment, building a personal real estate portfolio valued at over £40 million.Following the pandemic, he developed an investment platform focused on socially impactful regeneration and high-growth international ventures, securing more than £175 million in investment through strategic partnerships while establishing a private investment platform dedicated to supporting SME growth.Today, Yousuf is pioneering a new investment model at the intersection of AI, wellness, and sport, using technology and private capital to develop sports infrastructure, strengthen local ecosystems, and unlock global commercial opportunities.His long-term vision is to harness AI-powered investment to mobilise capital into underserved communities, enabling inclusive entrepreneurship, sustainable economic growth, and lasting social impact.
