Henadi Al-Saleh

Henadi Al-Saleh is CEO and a Board Member of Agility Global, a multi-business owner and operator and long-term investor listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.Agility Global, with operations on six continents and 56,000+ employees, owns the world’s largest aviation services company (Menzies Aviation), a global energy logistics business (Tristar), and one of the Middle East and Africa’s leading industrial real estate and warehousing platforms (Agility Logistics Parks). Agility Global’s portfolio of investments include stakes in DSV, the world’s largest logistics company, and Reem Mall, a $1.3 billion mega-mall in Abu Dhabi. Henadi heads Agility Global’s corporate venture capital arm, which has an investment portfolio of emerging technology businesses that span energy transition, digital supply chain, AI powered industrial controls and more, as well as investments in funds that invest in Middle East start-ups. From 2014 to May 2025, Henadi was Chairperson of Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP (“Agility KSCP”), a supply chain services, infrastructure and innovation company, listed in Kuwait and Dubai. Henadi joined Agility KSCP as head of Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis in 2007 and was appointed to Agility KSCP’s Board in 2010, with a strong focus on the company’s digital and innovation agenda. Henadi holds several board roles, including with Gulf Warehousing Company in Qatar and as a trustee of the Bayan Bilingual School in Kuwait, and previously sat on the board of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce.Before joining Agility, Al-Saleh was the head of debt/equity capital markets at NBK Capital in Kuwait. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tufts University.
