Ryan Sparks

CEO
Bradford City Football Club
Ryan Sparks became the youngest Chief Executive Officer in the English Football League when he was appointed at Bradford City AFC, aged 29. His leadership has seen the Bantams rise from the relegation zone in Sky Bet League Two to the upper echelons of Sky Bet League One, while increasing the club’s revenue by more than 50%. This makes the West Yorkshire outfit one of the game’s fastest growing and most financially viable businesses. During his time in charge, Bradford City has broken almost every record – on and off the pitch, with currently the highest average attendances in the club’s history watching home games at Valley Parade. Sparks has developed a unique culture and built a staff united behind a vision to take the Bantams to new heights, breaking all possibles boundaries along the way and surpassing what many thought was possible.
