António Caçorino is the Founder and CEO of APEX, a sports-focused investment firm established in 2020 and backed by over 150 world-class athletes. Under Antónios leadership, APEX invests across the entire sports landscape – from early-stage companies redefining how sports are performed and experienced, to emerging concepts and established properties – leveraging a strategy that spans venture capital, growth equity, and private equity.Prior to founding APEX, António worked in Private Equity and Investment Banking. His experience includes serving as Head of Capital Markets at WELZ and, during his time at Leonteq in London, held roles including Head of Iberia. His work primarily focused on Cross-Asset Investment Solutions.António holds a Master of Science (MS) in Finance from Bayes Business School and a Bachelors in Economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
