Toby Evan-Jones is a video games executive with nearly 20 years of experience spanning AAA game development, commercial strategy, investment, and ecosystem building. As Executive Director and Head of Gaming at NEOM, he is responsible for driving the growth of a world-class gaming sector through talent development, startup investment and strategic partnerships.Prior to NEOM, Toby held roles at Disney, Codemasters, and Electronic Arts. At Codemasters he rose from Producer to Vice President, where he drove all new business during the company’s $373Mn IPO on the London Stock Exchange (2018), closely followed by it’s $1.2Bn sale to Electronic Arts (2021).Combining hands-on development experience with executive leadership, Toby works with game developers, publishers, investors, educational institutions, and technology partners worldwide to create new opportunities for the next generation of game creators.
