Vignesh Jayanth

Vignesh Jayanth is a football strategy and sporting intelligence leader with experience across elite European football. As Head of Sporting Insights at AS Monaco, he has worked closely with technical leadership on sporting strategy, squad planning, succession planning, player development and executive decision-making. His work focuses on helping football organisations build better decision systems that align strategy, recruitment, player development and long-term sporting performance. Prior to AS Monaco, Vignesh held leadership roles at Stade Rennais FC and collaborated with clubs including Everton FC, Atlanta United and FC Nordsjælland on strategic projects. He is a regular speaker at international football conferences, sharing insights on leadership, decision intelligence and the future of high-performing football organisations.
