Jad El Mir is a Partner with Strategy& in the Middle East, where he advises senior leaders across telecom, digital, gaming, esports, media, and sports. With more than 17 years of strategy consulting experience, Jad supports governments, regulators, investors, operators, federations, and digital players on sector strategies, investment attraction, public-private partnerships, operating models, commercialization, and go-to-market execution. He has led major gaming and esports mandates across the GCC, including gaming hub strategies, development fund design, esports federation strategies, gaming investment strategies, and gaming propositions for telecom and digital lifestyle players. Jad is also a published thought leader on the GCC gaming opportunity, the future of esports, and gaming-led value creation. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
