Heba Ali is an Egyptian-American venture investor, development economist, and ecosystem architect with two decades of experience supporting and investing in early-stage tech companies and building cross-border investor networks that drive founder access to capital. With a particular focus on MENA, she has mobilized private, institutional, and sovereign capital from regional and global markets, backing hundreds of tech startups from pre-seed to Series B since 2007.Heba’s active portfolio includes Sinai AI, Proteinea, Partment, Bluworks, and Khazenly. She has lived and worked across the United States, MENA, and Europe. She holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is an alumna of MIT’s Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP).
