Tareq Amin is a technologist, business leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience in technology and telecom industry.In May 2025, Tareq Amin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HUMAIN, a full-stack AI company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and chaired by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Under his leadership, Tareq is building a leading AI company, delivering AI-native platforms across four integrated layers: AI Infrastructure, AI Cloud, Data & Models, and Applications & Solutions.Before joining HUMAIN, Amin served as CEO of Aramco Digital, where he led the new Aramco subsidiary in driving digital transformation and advancing strategic innovation across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he launched Rakuten Symphony in August 2021 under the Rakuten Group, aiming to serve as the global platform company that would help mobile network operators from entry into the mobile market and introduced a large-scale, automation-driven platform for telecom operators worldwide.In 2019, he was part of the original executive team as Senior VP of Technology Development and Automation where he effectively contributed to the transformation of the mobile industry in India.
