Rishad Premji is Executive Chairman of Wipro Limited; a leading global technology services and consulting company. Since joining Wipro in 2007, he has held leadership roles across strategy, business operations, investor relations, and government affairs, and became Executive Chairman in 2019.Rishad is a board member of the Azim Premji Foundation, which works to strengthen public education, healthcare, and livelihoods across India. The Foundation holds a majority economic interest in Wipro Limited and is one of India's largest philanthropic organisations.He is also a director of Wipro Enterprises and Wipro-GE Healthcare. Wipro Enterprises is a diversified business group with leading businesses in consumer care, infrastructure engineering, lighting, and healthcare.Rishad chaired NASSCOM in 2018-19, representing India's technology industry during a period of significant growth and transformation. Prior to joining Wipro, he worked with Bain & Company and GE Capital. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
