His Excellency Mr. Alrebdi bin Fahad Alrebdi currently serves as the Director of the National Data Management Office and is a member of several national committees. He has over 29 years of experience in national cybersecurity on a national level, banking sector cybersecurity, and information technology. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1994.From June 2018 to May 2024, His Excellency held the position of Deputy Governor for Policies and Regulations at the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), where he contributed to establishing and developing cybersecurity regulatory requirements on a national level. He worked to enhance cybersecurity for national entities through various programs, including the National Cybersecurity Compliance Program.Prior to this, starting in February 1999, he led cybersecurity functions for three leading Saudi banks: the Arab National Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi, and Bank Albilad. He led the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard these banks against cyber threats. He has also served on numerous boards and committees at both the national and sectoral levels
