Ibrahim Almoaiqel

Ibrahim Almoaiqel is the Assistant Deputy Minister for Investment and Privatization at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sport, where he leads efforts to advance sports investment, expand private-sector participation, and commercialize sports assets and opportunities, alongside overseeing the privatization of sports clubs and major assets.He brings experience in strategy, investment, and transformation across the public and private sectors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee and the Investments and Funds Committee of SURJ Sports Investments, a Public Investment Fund company.
