Kristoff Copmans is Director of Solutions Engineering for the Middle East at Salesforce. He leads a team of solution engineers & architects supporting organisations across the region as they navigate complex data, analytics, artificial intelligence and enterprise transformation programmes.Working at the intersection of technology strategy, commercial transformation and executive advisory, Kristoff regularly works with C-level leaders on target architectures, platform strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps, helping organisations translate emerging technologies into scalable capabilities and measurable business outcomes. His current focus includes the evolution of the agentic enterprise, the role of trusted data as the foundation for AI, and the organisational changes required to move artificial intelligence from experimentation into meaningful adoption.Prior to Salesforce, Kristoff held EMEA-level consulting, architecture and leadership roles with organisations including BT, Oracle and Sitecore, first from London and later Dubai. His career has taken him across approximately 60 countries, with professional experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, North America, Africa and Asia.
