Qiang Cui

Qiang Cui is the Saudi Country Representative and Technical Director for MECA at XCyber, with more than 25 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity project delivery, and service management. He has extensive experience in SOC, threat detection, security operations, data security, and large-scale cybersecurity programs across the Middle East. In recent years, he has also focused on AI-driven cybersecurity, including AI-powered security operations, AI security evaluation, and the application of intelligent agents in cyber defense and security automation.
