With over 15 years of executive experience in cloud computing, data and AI, and emerging technologies, Khalid drives large-scale digital transformation across Saudi Arabia’s enterprise and public sectors. He directs high-impact growth, landmark commercial agreements, and regulatory alignment in close collaboration with government authorities. Prior to Google Cloud, Khalid held senior leadership, advisory and consulting positions at Oracle, STC, Mobily, and Elm. He is an active contributor to the Kingdom’s tech ecosystem, championing startup incubators, developer communities, and AI talent development aligned with Vision 2030.
