Ayman AlGhamdi

Ayman AlGhamdi, President of Microsoft Arabia, is a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience at Microsoft and a strong track record across Saudi Arabia’s technology sector. Before becoming President, Ayman led Microsoft’s public sector work in Saudi Arabia, supporting government entities, national institutions, education, and healthcare organizations in their AI transformation, cloud adoption, digital service development, cybersecurity readiness, and data capabilities. His experience also includes contributions to national technology initiatives such as Government Cloud regulation and the National Analytics platform. In his current role, Ayman leads Microsoft Arabia’s engagement with customers, partners, and national institutions across the Kingdom, helping translate technology investment into business value and supporting Saudi Arabia’s position as a global digital leader. His career spans strategic roles at Microsoft, Oracle, and Google, and he holds a degree from King Saud University with executive education from INSEAD and London Business School.
