Blue Economy entrepreneur, Ocean Ecostructures CEO and co-founder, diver, ocean passionate, lecturer.After a long and successful career as C-Level executive in large corporations, in 2020 launched OCEAN ECOSTRUCTURES, a bluetech startup focused on providing deep tech scalable solutions to heal the ocean. The company has received several international awards and recognitions (Nasdaq, Norsken, MWC,..), and currently provides its renaturalizing and offsetting solutions to over 30 large companies in the ports, cruising, oil and subsea cable industriesIgnasi Ferrer holds an MBA from ESADE (Barcelona), an MIM from Thunderbird (Phoenix), and in 2009 he graduated from Georgetown University (Global Executive MBA). In late 90’s he got his technical degree in Oceanography and Marine Resources Management (ULPGC).
