Roy Baladi built two companies worth $1.2B before building Kanz. In San Francisco, he was Head of Recruitment Marketplace at SmartRecruiters growing from zero to $85M ARR (acquired by SAP). In New York, he ran operations at LearnVest (acquired for $350M), and traded equity derivatives at Citigroup. He moved to Riyadh in 2025 to build the AI recruiter the Middle East didn't have.
