Cornelia Jahnel

Cornelia Jahnel is co-founder and managing partner of GOLDTRACK Ventures, a Leipzig-based German investment firm investing across data centre infrastructure and life sciences. She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning international sales, corporate communications and company financing, and leads the firm's investor relations and fundraising work alongside co-founder Mark A. Rayner. Earlier in her career she built Asia sales operations for a biotech company, headed Investor Relations at the German listed photonics group JENOPTIK AG, worked at laboratory automation firm CyBio, and spent around six years establishing and running the German office of a UK venture capital fund. She founded the consultancy COM3, advising startups and Mittelstand companies on strategy and financing. She is a co-founder and board member of Business Angels Mitteldeutschland, chairs the Saxony district group of VdU, the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs, and has served on Germany's Sustainable Finance Advisory Board since 2022.
