Dominik Grabinski

Dominik Amir Grabinski is the Founder and CEO of True Nexus, a Saudi-based deeptech company combining AI, food science and quantum technologies to make food protein functionality programmable. He brings more than 30 years of experience in food ingredients, protein innovation, business development and industrial strategy, including roles with Cargill and DSM. After founding AI Bobby in France in 2023, he moved the company’s strategic development to Saudi Arabia following its acceleration through MEWA’s first Sunbolah program. True Nexus helps researchers and food manufacturers predict and optimize critical protein functionalities such as gelation, texture, water-holding capacity, emulsification and stability. Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, True Nexus supports food security, advanced technology, local R&D and economic diversification. The company has received support from MISA, MCIT and MEWA and was selected among the Top 10 finalists of the Jameel Deep Tech Initiative 2026.
