Riadh Shaiek

Riadh Shaiek is Managing Partner at Deepbright Ventures, the venture capital arm of Hello Tomorrow, the Paris-based deep tech organisation founded in 2011 that runs the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit and the Deep Tech Pioneers programme. Deepbright, structured out of Luxembourg, invests at pre-seed and seed stage in deep tech startups built on significant scientific or engineering advances, focusing on sustainability, geopolitical resilience and global health, and co-investing with VCs from Hello Tomorrow's network. He leads the fund alongside co-managing partner Arnaud de la Tour, Hello Tomorrow's CEO and co-founder. He is an investment professional with more than 20 years of experience backing, advising and operating businesses across agrifood, manufacturing, mobility, energy and healthcare, and was previously a partner at the French sustainability-focused investment manager Demeter. He holds a master's degree from AgroParisTech and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
