Khalid Almutlaq

Khalid Almutlaq is the Human Resources Director at Neo Space Group, bringing more than eight years of experience in HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, digital enablement, and people analytics.He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Westminster. Throughout his career, Khalid has specialized in aligning people strategies with organizational priorities, strengthening HR governance, and using technology and data to improve decision-making and employee experience.Prior to his appointment as Human Resources Director, Khalid served as Senior HR Transformation Manager and Talent Management Manager at NSG. In these roles, he led group-wide initiatives across performance management, succession planning, learning and development, career development, HR systems, executive reporting, and organizational integration. Before joining NSG, he held several HR transformation, systems, and analytics roles at TAQA, where he contributed to major SAP SuccessFactors implementations across Saudi entities and more than 23 countries.In his current role, Khalid leads NSG’s HR strategy and operating model, overseeing the organization’s people agenda across workforce planning, talent, organizational effectiveness, HR operations, systems, culture, and organizational health. He also serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, supporting business growth and transformation through effective people practices, stronger organizational capabilities, and data-driven HR decision-making.
