Fouad Jeryes is Co-Founder and President of Maqsam, the leading AI-powered customer service and outreach automation platform in the Middle East. The company specializes in Arabic-language voice AI and has built proprietary speech recognition trained on regional dialects.Fouad has spent nearly two decades building technology companies in e-commerce,payments, data, and communications across the US and MENA. He previously co-founded CashBasha, a cross-border commerce platform that was later acquired. Earlier, he served asDirector of Technology and Analytics at Open-Insights under Dr. Usama Fayyad, former Chief Data Officer at Yahoo, and led consulting engagements for Google, Microsoft, and Verizon.He was part of the founding team of Oasis 500, Jordan's first technology accelerator, where he built the program's mentor and investor networks. He also co-founded Amman Tech Tuesdays,a long-running monthly gathering that has convened tens of thousands of engineers and founders since 2010.
