Hanne Jesca Bax serves as EY Global Vice Chair - Markets. In this role, Hanne Jesca’s priority is to ensure the focus of EY teams globally is aligned with clients’ critical needs. She does this through forward-thinking stewardship of the organization’s relationships with C-suite buyers, driving solutions innovation, and delivering market impact through programs that result in superior client experiences. She is a member of the EY Global Executive and the global sponsor of the EY alliances with SAP and ServiceNow. In her previous role as the EY EMEIA Markets & Accounts Leader, Hanne Jesca led go-to-market and client service strategies across EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa). Key focus areas included strategic alliances and acquisitions, product innovation in response to megatrends and macroeconomic changes, improvement of brand and market position, and oversight of mandatory audit rotation. During her EY journey, Hanne Jesca has led significant accounts across a variety of industries and has held a number of senior leadership roles, including as EMEIA Tax Deputy Leader and as Managing Partner, Markets for the Netherlands and Belgium management cluster.
