Raj Sharma

Raj Sharma is a global business executive and transformative technology leader currently serving as EY Global Managing Partner – Growth & Innovation. In this role, Raj focuses on bringing cutting-edge solutions and capabilities to market for our clients, while also developing new ideas and insights to best prepare for the future. This role leverages the talent and work from teams across AI, Alliances & Ecosystems, Client Technology, Managed Services and other areas. Throughout his 25-year consulting career, Raj has ushered some of the world’s largest organizations through their biggest transformation needs. He has developed deep sector knowledge and experience in executing strategic growth initiatives. Prior to his current position, Raj served as the EY Americas Vice Chair for Consulting, where he was instrumental in establishing EY as a leading transformation consultancy. In his guidance of 40,000 Americas consultants, Raj ensured EY’s consulting practice was responsive to evolving client needs and generating long-term value, all while developing EY’s tech-enabled services. Raj also previously served as the Consulting Managing Partner for the EY Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), where he led a multi-billion-dollar business with double digit growth, spanning 10,000 professionals across the US, Canada, Latin America, and India.
