Transportation & Entry

Visitors can access the venue via Al-Qassim Road, entering through the Falcon Gate, which leads directly to the main visitor parking areas.
General visitor access begins at 12:00 PM each day during the event.
Holders of Priority, VIP, Founder and Investor passes benefit from early access from 10:00 AM.
Golf carts will be available at parking entrances to assist with transport to the venue from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Registration desks for badge printing are located in the registration tents at the parking area facing Hall 1, as well as at the main entrance of Hall 2. Visitors with a digital badge can enter directly through any gate at Halls 1 and 2 for seamless access.
Shuttle buses operate on all four days of the event. The schedule is as follows:

SAB Metro Shuttle

A dedicated shuttle service will operate between SAB Metro Station and the LEAP venue throughout the event.

From SAB Metro Station to LEAP
Shuttle buses run from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, departing approximately every 15 minutes.

From LEAP to SAB Metro Station
Return shuttles operate from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, departing approximately every 30 minutes.

Pick-up and drop-off points will be clearly signposted at both the metro station and the LEAP venue.

Priority access & parking

Holders of Priority, VIP, Founder and Investor passes receive enhanced access and arrival services during LEAP 2026.

These passes include exclusive parking access and golf cart transfers across the venue, making it easier to move between parking areas and the exhibition halls throughout the day.

Pass holders also benefit from early event access from 10:00 AM each day, ahead of general visitor opening at 12:00 PM.

VIP Pass holders additionally receive valet parking services.

These services are available across all four show days from 31 August–3 September 2026.

Accommodation & flights

While there are no hotels directly next to the venue, a wide range of convenient accommodation options are available across Riyadh. We recommend booking early to secure the best location for your stay.
