He advises senior leaders of global organizations on the questions that determine whether strategy becomes performance, from building leadership capacity for complexity and strengthening trust to translating ambition into disciplined execution.Vishal brings distinctive insight on how leadership must evolve in a world being reshaped by AI, geopolitical uncertainty and accelerating change.
