Vishnu Saran grew up watching his father work in manufacturing, where workplace safety was always personal, never abstract. That experience shaped a conviction: on large industrial sites, the gap between safety policy and safety enforcement is where people get hurt. In 2019 he founded Invigilo to close that gap. Today Invigilo is a safety insights platform deployed on 100+ worksites across MENA, Southeast Asia, and five continents, protecting workers on some of the most demanding O&G and construction projects in the world. The company was selected by Saudi Aramco's ecosystem from over 30 competing vendors and is trusted by Tier 1 contractors including SAIPEM and NESMA. In Singapore, GovTech chose Invigilo out of 25 evaluated solutions. The company is profitable, operates at 95%+ gross margins, and covers over 2 million square metres of active sites. Vishnu was recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
