Tuhin Mishra is a seasoned sports marketing professional with over two decades of experience across media, advertising, and sports management. In 2014, he co-founded Baseline Ventures with a vision to create meaningful opportunities for athletes and brands beyond cricket. Over the years, he has shaped Baseline into one of India’s leading sports and brand licensing firms, representing some of the country’s most celebrated athletes including P.V. Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth, Smriti Mandhana, Abhinav Bindra, PR Sreejesh, Nikhat Zareen, and Ruturaj Gaekwad among others. One of his most significant contributions has been the co-founding of the Prime Volleyball League, a bold step towards building a commercially viable ecosystem for volleyball in India. The league’s unique single-entity model has not only aligned team owners and league stakeholders but also created a sustainable platform for players, inspired a new generation of fans, and attracted serious corporate and broadcast interest to a sport long considered niche. Before Baseline, Tuhin held leadership roles at Total Sports Asia, IMG, Turner Broadcasting, McCann, and Mindshare, gaining deep expertise in sponsorships, media rights, and brand strategy. Known for his ability to bring together athletes, brands, and fans, Tuhin continues to champion innovation in sports, redefining how India engages with its sporting heroes and leagues.
