Sunghyun Park is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rebellions, South Korea’s leading AI chip startup. With a Ph.D. from MIT and past roles at Intel, SpaceX, and Morgan Stanley, he returned to Korea in 2020 to launch Rebellions with four co-founders. Under his leadership, the company successfully merged with SKT’s AI chip subsidiary in 2024, becoming Korea’s first AI semiconductor unicorn. Rebellions has since raised over $460 million and partners with global tech firms to power energy-efficient AI infrastructure across the APAC region.
