He has delivered numerous transformation programmes that have reshaped public service delivery, improved operational efficiency, and unlocked intelligence through digitisation. Most recently, he has been at the forefront of applying AI-powered decision support to strategic foresight, helping governments anticipate change, make faster decisions, and strengthen national competitiveness.
