Roser Farré Ponsa

Roser Farré Ponsa is an aeronautical engineer, business strategist and entrepreneur based in Saudi Arabia, with extensive experience in strategy, market entry, growth and strategic partnerships.She is the CEO of GreenRock Gulf Group, where she advises international companies on entering and expanding in the Saudi market, developing strategic partnerships and navigating government, institutional and corporate ecosystems.Previously, Roser held senior strategy roles at Diriyah Gate Development Authority, contributing to the development of the SAR 50 billion Diriyah project, and at NEOM. She also worked with Strategy&, advising organizations on growth, transformation and strategic development.Roser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a Master of Science in Aeronautical and Space Systems, and an MBA from IESE Business School, combining a strong engineering and technology background with expertise in business strategy and international growth.At LEAP, Roser brings a strong understanding of the Saudi ecosystem and a practical perspective on technology, innovation, internationalization and market entry, connecting global companies and leaders with the opportunities emerging from Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
