Rodrigue Saab is Chairman and Group CEO of SAAB RDS, a multi-jurisdiction technology engineering group operating across Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the United States. Since 2019 he has led the group's growth in advanced innovation and applied engineering, with a specialization in taking deep-tech from lab to field: building engineering research testbeds, automated test equipment, and IIoT/Industry 4.0 platforms that accelerate technology readiness levels (TRL) toward commercial and operational deployment. SAAB RDS partners with governments and industrial primes across aerospace and defense, energy, transportation, and applied research to localize technology and IP in support of national industrial and innovation agendas, including Saudi Arabia's push to build a sovereign deep-tech ecosystem.Alongside his executive role, Rodrigue is a fund investor at Forma Prime, an early-stage venture fund backing the hardware layer of deep tech: quantum technologies, semiconductors, and sensors, from pre-commercialization through scale. He is also active in structuring venture capital, private equity, and fundraising transactions connecting founders in emerging technology sectors with long-horizon capital.He serves on the boards of the Harvard Alumni Association and the Harvard Business School Clubs of Lebanon. Rodrigue holds a Master of Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), France, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
